We just finished our POPOUT for MISSIONS, where we held back drinking "pop" and saved that money for missions. Over 25 kids participated...GOkids!!! That money will go to help children ALL around the world to hear about JESUS and how He LOVES them!!!This week we talked about how the EARLY CHURCH in the book of ACTS shared everything they had. When we give it is showing God that we love him... we are worshipping God!
One thing we talked about is making Homeless Kits to keep in our car to be ready to give at all times.
The kit we made had:
Bible
Snacks (canned chicken, vienna sausages, breakfast bars, ect)
Toothbrush/Toothpaste
Kleenex
Face Wipes
Band-Aids
Soap
Washcloths
Lotion
There are so many others things you may include!!!
This week put a Homeless Kit together with your family to carry in your car so that when you see someone to GIVE to, you are READY!
